The Creative Director of Beaute Cosmetics, Beau Nelson recently enlightened everybody on how to achieve the Smokey Eyes look. The smoldering look can be achieved very easily and can be done in just five minutes. The best part of the Beau’s make-up tip is that you don’t have to be neat when you are applying this make up.  

The first step is to get three different shadows of the same shade; you need a dark, a light and a medium tone all in the same family which makes it very simple. You can start by using a black pencil liner along your lash line. You don’t have to be very precise; you can be messy but make sure that you just get it smudged in to your eye lashes. The next step is to run the smudge brush over the eye liner and blend it until it has faded just a little. This step helps in smudging it even further into your eye lashes.

Use the same brush and use a black eye shadow and then move on to a flat brush. Take a medium ton and press it into the lid. Next, take a medium grey in the blender brush, close your eyes and place it into the crease, press and open your eyes. This way it locks into crease. Blend back and forth until your eye shadow is blended the way you like it.

Go back to the smudge brush and take a medium and lighter shade. Go up into the outside of the lashed and then to the middle and then use the thinner edge below towards the tear duct. If you want to kick this further, take your black eye pencil and shade right along the water line of the eye. Lastly, use the mascara and get the perfect smoky eyes.
