First and foremost thing is to start using Sunblock. Using sunblock is an effective way of preventing your skin from getting damaged by the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. Your sunblock should at least contain an SPF 15 to protect your skin. And apply it every morning even when it is winter because in winter also the sun is there. This sunblock would prevent your skin from getting darker in tone and also some severe allergies that occur due to harmful UV rays.
