Believe it or not but getting enough beauty sleep is extremely important. Sleeping restores the powers of our organism,let skin and hair repair and stay in good condition.

Never ever let yourself fall asleep with your makeup on. Always remove it before you go to sleep. Only in such a way you will give your skin an opportunity  to breath and to restore itself.
