- Run or Jog for 45 minutes a day.
- When it is raining, climb stairs up and down till 30 minutes without stopping.
- Walk as much as you can. If you use a public transport, get down a few stands before and walk till your home.

I walk around my school like every day during lunch(Which is an hour and a half long) and I usually walk around my city on the weekends. I’m about 5′4 1/2″ and weight about 90 to 100 pounds. other then my legs I’m pretty skiny, so how do i make my legs slender?
