A couple of days ago at the Mummy Rocks charity event Kate showed her new haircut that implied all things layering and an edgy dark dye underneath. I like Kate with such changes, what about you?
It seems to me I can feel changes in the air: celebrities are choosing new outfits and makeups as well as hair hues. And I must say Fergie is not an exception this time.
