Hilary Duff belongs to one of the hottest Hollywood beauties. She had thousands of various hairdos and hair colours. But I love her with long loose waves and chocolate hair. Thanks to star stylist Elvin Arvelo we can get Duff’s hair secrets.
Take your fan with a big brush (the one you use while making your hair straight), then wrap your hair around the brush and heat it. Then stop heating and wait for a couple of seconds until your hair cools. Afterwards unroll it. Use some hair spray.

This summer nails are brighter than ever: they are not only black, white and read, they become NEON. But I am ready to bet that not everybody will like neon nails and what is more, feel comfortable while wearing it. That’s why you can choose something like yellow neon. One more point, don’t spend sums of money on nail polish from popular and expensive brand, buy something you like but let it be a bit cheaper.

Bobs are very popular nowadays. Katie Holmes, Victoria Beckham and other celebrities are trying them, but my first association with the bob hairdo is the very popular scene from the movie “Pulp Fiction” when Mia (Uma Thurman) is dancing with Vincent (John Travolta). I still remember her hair easily repeating her movements. It was chic, it was hot.
Bob makes woman looks sexy and attractive, it emphasizes the beauty of the neck and curves of the body. Just pay attention: bobs with bangs are very in. Do you agree???

What can be said about summer nails? In one word, they are - COLOURFUL!!! You’ve got me right dears. Only wearing SUCH nails you’ll look impeccably stylish this season.
- the first and the hottest colour is never dying red. I vote for ruby colours on short nails. Eva Mendez does the same.

Want to look like Sarah Jessica Parker in the Sex and the city movie? Then, you definitely need this MOP Styling Tonic 8.45 oz $12.42. It will give you both volume and shine, it’s a leave-in conditioner. What I like the most about it, hair doesn’t look stiff and dirty.

The following makeup tip is not commonly used by celebrities. Although to my mind it is a win-win situation (mostly as cat eyes effect). You simply can’t look awful while applying eye shadows or an eye-liner of the same colour as your dress/skirt/blouse. Definitely, in this case you look stylish and so hot. What do you thinks girls???? Kim Kardashian agrees

Today I would like to share with you my secret. When I am short of time but still want to look irresistible, I create cat-eyes effect with the help of Sephora eyeliner $8. First of all, thus, my eyes look deep, sexy and so big, then this pencil is waterproof, so I can either cry (from happiness for example) or swim.
The liner is easy to apply, since it is really smooth and richly-hued. And thanks to its other side, you can make a sharp line softer.
