Kate Walsh made the headlines at the Emmys 2008. She looked striking. Apart from her mouthwatering gown by Zuhair Murad and excellent body, she had the hottest makeup.

Her hair was stunningly bright and brown, the colour of her eye shadows was perfectly matching her own eyes and this bright and so trendy lips’ colour made the look! Enjoy!

Emmy 2008 Awards have gone but the event has left us a lot of ideas to think about. Stars were bright and their shine still seems to be here. I can write a couple of posts trying to express how beautiful they were. But I think it is much better to analyze the hottest makeup 2008 trends on the bias of Emmy 2008!

I am always interested in L’Oreal novelties and cosmetic decisions. So their new collection of eye shadows called HiP Duos was not an exception. HiP means  High Intensity Pigments, and I was very glad to found out that they meant it. As a rule, eye shadow is perfect while testing it at the store, but then it wears off as quickly as it’s applied.

But I must say it is not the situation with L’Oreal. The HiP Duos are really incredible and reliable! The colours are intense and bright, the price is good.  Definite buy.

2008 MTV Video Music Awards were really surprising and delivered us a lot of unexpected moments. Girls were bright and boys were creative and stylish. I would like to share with you one of the latest trends from the show. Christina Aguilera and Ashley Simpson were caught eye-lined! Bold and rich eye make up with a black eye-liner and nude lips. This trend is still in!!!

Fall 2008 is coming and it brings us new colours that are going to wash away everything old and create new festive purple atmosphere. Yeah, the same way we love changing our wardrobes we should use to change our makeup tools. 

Hope I am not the only one who have problems with choosing the right mascara. My eyelashes are not bad at all, but they are lack of something ((( I tried a lot of mascaras and actually, none of them make my eyes look like from the cover page of a cool magazine.
