In my opinion Penelope Cruz was one of the best looking celebrities at the Oscars night. Rachel Goodwin her makeup artist had really done a good job. Her slightly smoky eyes look with nude lips made her look gorgeous than ever. And the blond highlighted hairs were perfectly complementing her strapless black dress and the diffident makeup.

• For face Rachel had used a very light tone foundation “The Chanel Teint Innocence Foundation” in light brown shade.
• Her eyes were given a light smoky look with Chanel Precision Eye Definer in sapphire color with a smeared cerulean toned eye shadow i.e. “Chanel Quadra Eye shadow”
• For cheeks Rachel had just used a light bronzer.
• Lips were given a nude look by just giving a retouch with “Chanel Rouge Allure” in Natural shade.
• The make up artist enhanced Penelope’s look for a shimmering look with a little sprinkle of “Chanel Poudre Cristalline”.
